Narrative:
A heavy air carrier aircraft was landing at jfk runway 4L and there was a 30 KT direct crosswind. Once the aircraft touched down; it went off the runway to his left; took out some runway lights; then corrected himself and finished his landing roll. He reported the aircraft required no assistance. Don't land on runways when there is a big crosswind. Safety should be our main focus; not delays!
