Narrative:
Configuring for the ILS approach for runway 9 outside of the outer marker; the condition levers were advanced to maximum. When they were pushed forward the right propeller RPM went to 1;450. The propeller overspeed was identified and the emergency non-normal checklist was completed. The propeller was able to be set to desired RPM and the decision to continue the approach was made. The landing was uneventful.
