Narrative:
Arrived with numerous thunderstorms in area and minimal fuel. When selecting flaps 1; the leading edge disagree light illuminated. We declared an emergency; followed QRH procedures and landed.

Title: B757 flight crew experienced a LE Flap disagree light during approach after arriving at destination with minimum fuel due to thunderstorms. An emergency was declared and QRH complied with prior to landing with partial flaps.
