Narrative:
While at FL370 center issued a clearance to descend to FL330. First officer read back descend to FL320. While passing through FL340 changed to chicago center and first officer checked in saying passing FL340 for FL320. Simultaneously passing FL325 we got a TA and ATC queried us about our assigned altitude. We immediately turned the autopilot off and climbed to FL330.

Title: A B737-700 flight crew suffered and altitude excursion when they were cleared to descend to FL330 but entered 320 in the altitude alert window.
Narrative: While at FL370 Center issued a clearance to descend to FL330. First Officer read back descend to FL320.
