Narrative:

During climbout passing 10;000 ft; aft flight attendant called up front and said there was a strong burning electrical smell through out the cabin. A slight smell was also noted on the flight deck. It was decided to return. An emergency was declared with center and vectors were given back to the airport. The emergency landing checklist and the overweight landing checklist were completed; and the landing was uneventful.

Title: During climb out a B757 Flight Attendant reported a burning oily smell in the cabin which was also faintly detected in the cockpit. An emergency was declared and the aircraft returned to the departure airport.
