Narrative:
A flight attendant was injured from electrical shock. It was caused by loose and frayed wires on the pigtail attaching the galley cart to the aircraft. These wires should be inspected every time carts are installed as there is the possibility they could be damaged. They should be connected before flight to confirm proper operation.

Title: B767 Captain reports an electrical shock to one of the Flight Attendants from a frayed wire on a galley chiller.
Narrative: A Flight Attendant was injured from electrical shock. It was caused by loose and frayed wires on the pigtail attaching the galley cart to the aircraft.
