Narrative:
A B767 landed runway 22L and was instructed to hold short of runway 31L. Aircraft did not hold short and entered runway 31L without a clearance. Recommendation; there needs to be nonstandard pavement markings applied during the construction. There have been numerous instances of aircraft entering the runway without a clearance. Today alone there were four aircraft that entered the runway without a clearance.

Title: JFK Controller described a Runway Incursion event when an Air Carrier landing Runway 22L failed to hold short of Runway 31L as instructed; the reporter noting multiple same type events.
Narrative: A B767 landed Runway 22L and was instructed to hold short of Runway 31L. Aircraft did not hold short and entered Runway 31L without a clearance. Recommendation; there needs to be nonstandard pavement markings applied during the construction. There have been numerous instances of aircraft entering the runway without a clearance.
