Narrative:
Aircraft showed up at milok with no coordination from svzm center. Aircraft said he was on an IFR flight plan at FL190. I called svzm center and was told that they never talked to the airplane. My radar controller talked to the airplane and told him that he was not aware of his flight and terminated his services and made him go VFR. I have no recommendations for you this is always a daily occurrence.
