Narrative:
After landing at bur, we were taxiing to gate B5 via the departure end of runway 15. Captain turned the aircraft and was on the center of the yellow taxi line. On our left was medium large transport Y, which was refueling. On our right was a construction zone. There was a cement truck within the marked construction zone with 2 or 3 workmen standing by the truck. In front of us was our ground crew, consisting of 3 or 4. The parking area was about 100' in front of us. The captain was clearing the left side of the aircraft, I was clearing the right. It appeared that we had plenty of wing clearance. I told the captain the right wing was clear. I looked forward and our ground crew didn't show any signs that the wing was about to impact the cement truck. Also, the workmen standing by the truck showed no concern that the wing tip would impact the truck. When the wing tip impacted the truck, the aircraft stopped, the engines were shut down and passenger deplaned normally. To prevent an incident like this in the future, I would recommend that qualified ground personnel be in the construction zone to assist the flight crew with aircraft clearance.

Title: ACR MLG WING TIP STRUCK CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE TAXIING TO PARKING.
Narrative: AFTER LNDG AT BUR, WE WERE TAXIING TO GATE B5 VIA THE DEP END OF RWY 15. CAPT TURNED THE ACFT AND WAS ON THE CENTER OF THE YELLOW TAXI LINE. ON OUR LEFT WAS MLG Y, WHICH WAS REFUELING. ON OUR RIGHT WAS A CONSTRUCTION ZONE. THERE WAS A CEMENT TRUCK WITHIN THE MARKED CONSTRUCTION ZONE WITH 2 OR 3 WORKMEN STANDING BY THE TRUCK. IN FRONT OF US WAS OUR GND CREW, CONSISTING OF 3 OR 4. THE PARKING AREA WAS ABOUT 100' IN FRONT OF US. THE CAPT WAS CLRING THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ACFT, I WAS CLRING THE RIGHT. IT APPEARED THAT WE HAD PLENTY OF WING CLRNC. I TOLD THE CAPT THE RIGHT WING WAS CLR. I LOOKED FORWARD AND OUR GND CREW DIDN'T SHOW ANY SIGNS THAT THE WING WAS ABOUT TO IMPACT THE CEMENT TRUCK. ALSO, THE WORKMEN STANDING BY THE TRUCK SHOWED NO CONCERN THAT THE WING TIP WOULD IMPACT THE TRUCK. WHEN THE WING TIP IMPACTED THE TRUCK, THE ACFT STOPPED, THE ENGS WERE SHUT DOWN AND PAX DEPLANED NORMALLY. TO PREVENT AN INCIDENT LIKE THIS IN THE FUTURE, I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT QUALIFIED GND PERSONNEL BE IN THE CONSTRUCTION ZONE TO ASSIST THE FLT CREW WITH ACFT CLRNC.
