Narrative:
Airport insists on loading BE99 aircraft to the ceiling of the cabin. The cargo net does not go that high except on certain aircraft. Consequently; unrestrained cargo can and does slide into the cockpit creating a physical hazard for the pilot and potential flight control interference.

Title: A BE99 Captain reported that ground personnel are loading cargo to the ceiling of the cabin and above the top of the cargo restraint/net allowing cargo to slide forward into the cockpit and creating a hazard.
Narrative: Airport insists on loading BE99 aircraft to the ceiling of the cabin. The cargo net does not go that high except on certain aircraft. Consequently; unrestrained cargo can and does slide into the cockpit creating a physical hazard for the pilot and potential flight control interference.
