Narrative:
My student and I along with two other airplanes were using the published calm winds runway 34 at gxy. All three airplanes were making crosswind downwind; base; and final calls. A C182 taxied from the ramp to runway 9. We made a base to final call and rolled out on a one mile final. The C182 announced he was 'taking the active runway 9 for departure'; my student called short final runway 34; then announced a go-around. The C182 did a short field takeoff at a high angle and high rate of climb. I had to take the airplane from my student and roll into an aggresive 50 degree left turn and increase our climb angle to avoid the C182 from flying up into the bottom of our airplane. We departed the pattern to the northwest and reentered 45 degrees to downwind runway 34. In the last year I have had one other near miss in the air and one on the ground with the same airplane and pilot. Today was a little close and we are counting our blessings.
