Narrative:

The city appears to be leasing the airport property to local farmers. Believe that these crops are grain. Crops have attracted large numbers of large birds and deer (canadian geese among others) to live and develop the approach end of runway 16 as habitat. These animals take flight when the rotor approaches creating a hazard. The farmers also stack bales in large rectangles approximately 80 ft long and 10 ft tall. These bale stacks appear suddenly and are on the rotors approach corridor creating a hazard.
