Narrative:
Approached runway 24; discovered runway light failed to illuminate. Only runway 15 was lit. Upon landing the aircraft uncontrollable left to right gyrations. Power was applied to maintain control. The aircraft lifted off runway but insufficient runway to go around. Power was reduced and the aircraft settled back to runway and heavy braking was applied. Upon inspection; nose wheel tire was flat and the propeller tips were bent as result of the heavy braking. No damage to any other property and no injuries to any persons.
