Narrative:
An air carrier B737-800 on overnight check. Left nose tire was previously deferred for cord showing. Replaced nose tire per amm and serviced to proper tire inflation value. New serviceable tire was used. No defect was noted at the time of maintenance. Tire failed on takeoff; two flight legs after the maintenance performed. Aircraft continued to their destination and landed without incident. Found tire tread separation; 40 psi [air pressure] remaining in tire; and FOD damage to aircraft belly aft of nose gear.

Title: A Line Mechanic installed a new serviceable left nose tire on a B737-800. The tire failed on take-off; two flight legs after replacement; it caused damage to the aircraft belly aft of the nose gear and the aircraft continued to destination.
