After landing; while taxiing off of the runway; the nose wheel fell off and the propeller struck the ground. Proceeded [with] cutting off fuel to engine with mixture lever; then fuel selector; and finally turning off master switch. Probable cause; nose wheel nuts vibrated loose allowing rod to come out of place.
