Narrative:
I reported for work feeling fine and well rested. On the second leg of the trip I began to feel ill approximately 10 minutes after finishing my crew meal; a 'lighter choice fish'. By top of descent I was feeling flushed and nauseated; I made at least 3 trips to the lavatory to vomit which was then followed by hot and cold flashes and stomach cramping. Feeling rather weak I had the first officer assume the flying duties which he performed flawlessly. Contacted crew scheduling and was placed on sick list. That was the second crew meal of the day and I believe it was boarded on the first leg.
