Narrative:
I taxied from my hangar to the hold short line of the runway; scanned airspace east and west saw no airborne traffic announced my intention to depart; heard no other transmissions for airport traffic and commenced my departure roll. When about 50 ft up I noticed a parallel flying C182 approximately 150 ft above and 250 to the north of my position. The C182 continued to climb out parallel to me and after approximately 30 seconds turned north and left the pattern. I continued my departure did some pattern work including a touch and go and departed the pattern. Upon my return I was approached by a stranger who did not introduce himself; but instead accused me of having caused a near midair collision; alleging further that I had not announced my intentions by radio. He admitted having heard my radio transmissions upon my return to the airport. He also advised me that he had already filed a report to the FAA.
