Narrative:
[During] taxi to runway 02L the nose and partial fuselage of aircraft went beyond hold line. First officer was asked for our position. A runway change and reprogram of FMC by first officer left me alone slowly taxiing toward the runway. Have flown to fai for many years; the hold line moved in a recent runway upgrade and is displaced from the threshold area. Snow partially obscured markings. I assumed it was ILS hold line. First officer returned heads up and asked where the hold line was. At that point I realized that there were no more hold lines ahead and stopped the aircraft. When cleared for takeoff we continued forward up to and on to runway for departure. One should review the airport diagram instead of relying on past experience. Stop aircraft when one pilot is head down.

Title: An Air Carrier crew reported that they taxied over the FAI Runway 02 hold short line because they did not see the new hold short line which was moved from the old location with recent runway construction.
