Narrative:

Taxiway romeo in phx has a new bridge over it. The ATIS; notams [and] 10-9 airport page make no mention of it. Seeing the bridge at last minute and being committed; and seeing a B-737 going under with plenty of clearance; [I] made the judgment call that we would clear; and proceeded under. Second thought; after thinking about it awhile and talking to people; should have tied up the airport for indefinite time to throughly research the issue before proceeding. Was not able to turn around before proceeding. Would like to see some information on 10-9; 10-8; notams or ATIS addressing the issue.

Narrative: Taxiway Romeo in PHX has a new bridge over it. The ATIS; NOTAMs [and] 10-9 airport page make no mention of it.
