Narrative:
Approximately thirty minutes prior to the equal time point we discovered center hydraulic fluid leak with fluid level approaching 0.5. All of the appropriate irregular checklists were accomplished. Maintenance and dispatch were contacted for assistance. An emergency was declared with ATC and divert was coordinated. We ran all of the applicable checklists and an uneventful landing was accomplished. We were able to clear the runway and then were towed to the gate.
