Narrative:
It was during the evening push and I had just given away the tbird shelf. The tbird shelf allows the aircraft to climb to 14;000 ft instead of 12;000. I accidentally climbed the CL30 to 14;000 without a point-out to R20. The aircraft was level and just inside my airspace when I realized that I violated R20. It was a mistake during a departure push.
