Narrative:

Engine number 1 serviced with 5 quarts of oil. Aircraft deiced with type I and type iv. On climb out a strong foul odor from air conditioning system; I believe; like dirty socks. Flight attendant's complained of same strong odor being present through-out the cabin. Log book write-up and ACARS message enroute of same; no response from dispatch or maintenance. Upon arrival two mechanics met the aircraft and upon initial cabin door opening noticed the odor and then commented to me it was the smell of burning oil. Disseminate description to all flight crews (odor and what it is) so the proper precautions could be taken.
