Narrative:
While crossing the hold short line after being cleared for takeoff; I noticed a small amount of forward trim being applied. After a few seconds this happened again. As we approached 80 KTS the trim moved forward again and I asked the first officer if he was applying the trim. He said no and that he thought it was me working the trim. At this time; the trim started to run full forward. I took the aircraft and rejected the takeoff. During this time; the stab out of trim light came on. We exited the runway; performed our checklists; and returned to the gate.
