Narrative:
As the inspector on duty; I feel that I complied with job card (jc) 27-XXX-YYY functional test of the aileron flutter damper. If the removed dampers needed to be sent out and new dampers installed; the job card in question did not state this. As far as this job card reads; I understood I was only to look for obvious damages to the component; hardware and aircraft attach points; along with correct installation and tests of the dampers. If new dampers need to be installed per this job card; then it needs to be stated and proper part routing instructions attached. This job card was also performed on two other aircraft in the same week by the same mechanic and myself; please be aware. Suggest clear instructions on having to install a serviceable part and vendor information in order to send it out.
