Narrative:

On receiving clearance for ILS runway 18 hum we turned final and seemed to have inaccurate localizer information but did have glide slope. I contacted the tower and relayed my problem and that we were maintaining 1700 ft and heading. The tower replied if we keep that heading we will get back on course which we did and were able to complete the approach. Just at the DH tower asked if we had the field in sight and I replied negative and then affirmative as at that point we broke out. Could not find the cause and everything worked as advertised after the fact.
