Narrative:
Just after takeoff we noticed a strong foul smell in the forward and aft jumpseat areas. The D had an air quality issue before and recognized it as hydraulic fluid. After 10;000 ft the odor cleared. Then about 10 minutes before landing the smell came back but a lot stronger. All four flight attendants experienced light headedness; dizziness; headaches and nausea. The flight deck crew also experienced the same odor.
