GA reporter states he used a VOR radial depicted on omaha sectional in his preflight planning and the chart error caused him to track approximately 11 NM north of his intended route. Results were wrong airport landing. See acn # 91655.

I recently had a navigation problem which may have been caused by a possible error on the omaha sectional. V-6-8-294 at the des moines VOR is labeled 079 degree eastbound. I have checked this airway with a plotter and it appears to be 083 degree. Will you please check this possible discrepancy and advise me of your findings?
