Narrative:
Unable to lower landing gear either normally (hydraulic) or manually. The WX was not a problem and sufficient fuel (time) was on board to try different solutions. Landing was made with gear up, no fire after landing. All passengers and crew deplaned in an orderly manner. Cause of malfunction is not known at this time, however, suspect hydraulic pressure in the gear up position at all times.
