Narrative:
I cleared a B757 to FL280; another air carrier's B737 took the clearance and climbed into a CRJ22 level at FL260 direct to yqo. I thought the B737 was checking on my frequency; while looking for aircraft; the B757 asked if the clearance was for them; and advised me that another aircraft took the clearance. I asked 'other aircraft responding say again' after ten or fifteen seconds the B737 and the CRJ2 both said they were responding to an RA.
