Narrative:
Aircraft X went around on runway 22. He was climbed to 70 by the tower. Other aircraft were inbound at the time and aircraft X went into a higher MVA without ATC issuing a climb. There were other aircraft in the area and ATC was unable to climb aircraft X due to aircraft above him and other in close proximity. I turned him and climbed the aircraft above aircraft X in order to give the aircraft more room to climb.
