Narrative:
An M20 handed off to denver approach. Aircraft was -dandd.DANDD5.fnl at 130. The aircraft was to enter denver approach dandd arrival airspace. The computer had started auto handing the aircraft to the wrong approach control sector. The aircraft should have handed to I tags or dandd arrival. The aircraft instead handed to north tag (north departure). This has been an ongoing problem that remains unfixed. Aircraft that are at assigned altitudes do not hand-off to the right sectors at den approach. I feel this is just an adaptation problem that remains unfixed. I took the hand-off back and initiated a hand-off to I tags. The aircraft was taken by dandd arrival; (I tags); before the aircraft had entered their airspace. I have previously filed this type of problem eight separate times. The last time was over 6 (six) months ago and I was assured the problem would be taken care of.
