Narrative:
This is the fourth and fifth [hydraulic] accumulator in ZZZ from [contract repair] vendor in the last two weeks. Both [accumulators] will not hold nitrogen at all on air side; just blows through [diaphragm] to hydraulic side of accumulator. Both accumulators came from the [same vendor repair] shop again; and were put on the refused list. Something needs to get done soon because this is making our job very difficult to do when parts need to be tested before being installed on aircraft.
