Aborted takeoff due to left engine bleed off caution message on EICAS. Being an ETOPS flight it was obvious the flight could not continue under ETOPS rules with this item inoperative.

Title: B757 Captain reports rejecting a takeoff for a L ENG BLEED OFF EICAS caution message.
Narrative: Aborted takeoff due to L ENG BLEED OFF caution message on EICAS. Being an ETOPS flight it was obvious the flight could not continue under ETOPS rules with this item INOP.
