Narrative:
During climb out started getting sporadic ECAM [alerts] but could not determine what the [alert] was during climb. Then ECAM showed hydraulic G rsvr lo lvl (hydraulic green reservoir low level); we then performed the ECAM procedure. I then contacted dispatch and had him contact maintenance so we could discuss our best course of action. We determined that the safest course of action was to continue to [destination]; since the resources [there] would be better. I then advised the flight attendants to prep for a cabin advisory. We then completed our checklist for landing; then had uneventful landing. We then had to be towed from to gate.
