Narrative:
Taxiing out of the west ramp on taxiway B toward runway 12R on taxiway G; there is a sign about at taxiway V. That sign is totally confusing as to where taxiways G and H are. Even if one knows where taxiways G and H are and is trying to get positioned on the correct assigned one of these; the sign makes no sense. No infraction; but my client -- receiving dual -- couldn't figure it out and I couldn't explain it.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: A BE36 pilot reported that the signage at SAT in the triangular infield seen when exiting the west ramp onto Taxiway B is confusing because of the way the arrows and letters are placed indicating Taxiways B; H and G.
