Narrative:
I was given instruction by ground control to taxi to runway 07 via alpha and golf. When I arrived at golf I could not find a run-up area; and not being familiar with this airport; I called ground control and asked if I was on the right track. I was told to go to runway 7 and golf. I proceeded on golf looking for runway 07; and suddenly realized that I was crossing a runway. I called ground control again and was told to hold position and call tower control. I was later cleared for take off on runway 12R.
