Narrative:
While landing I called for gear down flaps 30; and received a gear disagree. I executed a missed approached and informed the tower we were going around for gear problem. After running the checklist the gear was eventually lowered manually. After we landed we exited the runway and stopped the aircraft on the taxiway. We had the aircraft towed to the concourse.[it] looks like there was a leak in hydraulic system three; that [leak] eventually lead to loss of all the fluid.
