Narrative:
While listening to ATIS a remark was made that 'taxiway charlie is restr to category 2 aircraft,' (I don't recall the exact numeral but it was a numeral). We did not knew what category 2 was and if it included us. We asked ground control if they knew--they did not. If no one knows then why use that terminology. We did not use the taxiway. No other problems!

Narrative: WHILE LISTENING TO ATIS A REMARK WAS MADE THAT 'TXWY CHARLIE IS RESTR TO CATEGORY 2 ACFT,' (I DON'T RECALL THE EXACT NUMERAL BUT IT WAS A NUMERAL). WE DID NOT KNEW WHAT CATEGORY 2 WAS AND IF IT INCLUDED US. WE ASKED GND CTL IF THEY KNEW--THEY DID NOT. IF NO ONE KNOWS THEN WHY USE THAT TERMINOLOGY. WE DID NOT USE THE TXWY. NO OTHER PROBS!
