Narrative:
[I was] taxiing out to runway 29L on taxiway bravo. As I approached intersection B-6 southeast bound ground communicated 'watch out'. I looked to my left in my blind spot and observed an air carrier turboprop converging directly into me at high speed. I took emergency evasive action and steered to the right at the same time that the other aircraft finally saw me and attempted to stop. The aircraft had crossed runway 29L and entered a taxiway without contacting ground control and was apparently going to taxi to his gate without a call. Had ground not made that call to me I believe the other aircraft would have collided with me. After taking off I queried the tower controller if he had made any mention to the other aircraft to give way to me on the taxiway or to contact ground control; or to hold short of taxiway bravo. He replied negative to all the above.

Title: An Air Taxi pilot taxiing on FAT took evasive action to avoid a collision with an Air Carrier aircraft which came across Runway 29L without stopping because he had not contacted Ground and Tower did not issue conflicting traffic to it.
