Narrative:
[We] were given an enroute descent to cross dilnn at FL330. As we started to have automatic level off by autopilot; the autopilot did a 'hard over' and we descended another 700 ft at 2;000 plus FPM. Autopilot was uncoupled and immediate climb restored aircraft to FL330. No other planes were near-by. TCAS was not activated.
