Narrative:

About forty miles from my destination I lost my alternator. I informed center of my situation. I told them I was already lined up with the ILS to the runway and that I was going to fly direct. I then lost my radio and navigation system. I had a back up GPS which I used to set up my approach and maintain my situational awareness. The remainder of the approach went very smooth and the landing took place with out incidence.
