Narrative:
There was a NOTAM for GPS jamming. An A321 checked on ZOA33 and said that they lost all 10 GPS satellites. He stated that they had lost them for about 30 minutes and then shortly reported all were back. There was significant loss of GPS from ilc VOR to oal VOR. More meaningful notams and smaller windows of times would really help the controllers predict any erratic behavior in aircraft navigation.
