Narrative:
Crew reports that inbound they had gear unsafe light. Crew followed QRH and landed without incident. Crew reset circuit breakers and got 'three green.' maintenance control had crew put info only write up in the log book. Captain then states that the flight attendants are shook up and unable to fly. Advised duty officer. Duty officer says we will give you another aircraft and then the flight attendants will go. I advised the duty officer; 'no; as the captain stated; flight attendants unable to fly.' duty officer says that the problem is with that aircraft. The aircraft is airworthy. Advised the company to find a new set of flight attendants. Company advised that it is not my call as a dispatcher. I advised the company that the flight attendants are too shook up and they shouldn't fly. The company took flight attendants and sent them on a different flight and got me a new cabin crew for the next flight. I believe the company compromised safety by allowing an unfit cabin crew to fly.
