Narrative:
I am an small transport captain with an air carrier. I am gravely concerned about the safety of operation by a major commuter carrier that has an unofficial but de facto attitude of complying with no more that the letter of the law re: supplying line pilots with essential information for flight planning. Unexpected blockers in computers that say, 'invalid from you,' when calling up area forecasts, radar summaries, NOTAMS, posting of surface program, radar summary, WX depiction charts that are photo copies, unreadable, remote from area where pilots have access due to time constraints, have valid times cut off, are not current real time information and are missing, NOTAMS posted that are remote and not in an area accessible due to time constrains and are missing and are incomplete, winds aloft forecasts that haven't changed for months (fwa), locked WX briefing areas, and computers signed off 40-50% of the time.

Narrative: I AM AN SMT CAPT WITH AN ACR.
