Narrative:
An E170 was at FL110 and responded to a RA by climbing. He had opposite direction traffic about 15 miles ahead at FL120. I advised the r-side to be sure and advise the E170 about the aircraft at FL120. After the RA I saw one hit on a 1200 squawk at FL106 below the E170.

Title: ZHU Controller witnessed a TCAS RA event between an Air Carrier assigned FL110 and an unknown target indicating FL106 on an opposite direction flight.
Narrative: An E170 was at FL110 and responded to a RA by climbing. He had opposite direction traffic about 15 miles ahead at FL120. I advised the R-Side to be sure and advise the E170 about the aircraft at FL120. After the RA I saw one hit on a 1200 squawk at FL106 below the E170.
