Narrative:

Captain advised low cockpit oxygen. No guidance QRH. There is a limitation in the phb [pilot's hand book]. [I] discussed with maintenance and the flight crew and advised the crew regarding their fuel burn request; and reference to the phb. Crew not comfortable continuing; so the flight diverted to ZZZ. Flight was canceled at ZZZ for maintenance. Cockpit oxygen loss needs better QRH guidance for en route.
