On the pbi [commercial chart] page; arrival number one states; 'runway 10 arrivals can expect to hear 'cleared for the visual turn final outside of rubin. Rubin is OM for runway 10'.' the problem is there is no 'rubin.' our clearance for the visual approach to runway 10 was; 'cleared visual runway 10. Turn final outside the shoreline.'

Title: A B737 Captain reported that a Company briefing publication told him to expect a visual clearance to turn final for Runway 10 outside RUBIN. However; RUBIN is not described on any approach materials although it is a fix on the PBI 277 at 6.6 DME.
Narrative: On the PBI [commercial chart] page; arrival number one states; 'Runway 10 arrivals can expect to hear 'cleared for the visual turn final outside of RUBIN. RUBIN is OM for Runway 10'.'
