Narrative:

Immediately after landing; upon nose wheel touchdown on runway 19L; aircraft began shimmying and veered to the left. Attempted to correct with normal control inputs; but aircraft did not respond. Exited runway midfield; damaged one runway light; and aircraft came to full stop. Suspect wake turbulence from previously departed transport jet aircraft on parallel runway or a sudden wind gust. Current conditions had been gusty and windy. Damage to aircraft was a punctured right fuel tank and bent right flap.
