Narrative:
We originally were cleared to taxi via taxiway P hold short of 22L. While holding short of 22L; we were cleared to cross runway 22L; taxi via P; north; and right for runway 22L; and pull up behind another aircraft. The aircraft was holding short of 22L. Neither I nor the captain noticed the taxi instructions required us to cross the hold short line for 22R until after exiting the area for runway 22L. After discussing the event; we were both unsure if we had been cleared across the hold line for 22R. One contributing factor to the event was that the ground control frequency was very busy. The spot where taxiways P and north meet with 22R should be identified as a hotspot.
