Title: A First Officer reported their Lead Flight Attendant found portable oxygen bottles placed on their B737-800 aircraft were not removed as required; prior to departure; but instead had continued on to their current arrival station without documentation.
Narrative: During passenger disembarking; the Lead Flight Attendant (F/A) reported that oxygen bottles placed on aircraft in ZZZ were not removed in ZZZ1 and continued to ZZZ2 without documentation.
